Marlene is a senior financial services executive with experience leading global teams and overseeing a $160B investment platform across four business lines. She has managed large, cross-functional organizations spanning finance, compliance, and due diligence, and built deep relationships with institutional and wealth clients across multiple organizations.

Marlene is a recognized industry leader and creator of the Inclusion Framework, which she led across enterprise-critical processes and programs. She also founded a public pension fund working group focused on advancing diverse and emerging manager investment strategies. As Chair of the CFA Institute DEI Steering Committee, she co-created the Inclusion Code, now adopted by more than 200 firms representing over $38 trillion in assets.

She brings extensive experience operating across complex regulatory environments, including SEC, OCC, and FINRA, and is known for driving strategic operational improvements and strengthening business line collaboration and client retention.
